This gives excellent all round performance with notable gains
The Hall effect trigger and module give better spark voltage improving starting, tickover , and MPG .

The Lucas 45D4 body  offers a number of improvements over the old  25d Models 

Solid mounting area prevents crushing when the mounting ring is tightened 
A longer rotor arm allows greater spacing of ignition wires that helps prevent arking 
an improved cam profile (  only relevant when points fitted ) 

This is a good as other systems costing between 3 and 6 times as much .
