This is our direct bolt-on 45hp TBI kit w/ rebuilt and ported TBI base for your 4.3L 5.0L or 5.7L TBI motor.  Includes a remanufactured GM TBI base (modified for more flow and rebuilt throttle shaft) , 1/4" injector spacer kit, custom 14psi regulator spring (to bump fuel pressure 2-3psi) and installation and tuning instructions.

Fitment: 1991-95 full size GM trucks w/ 4.3L, 5.0L, and 5.7L TBI motor w/ maunaul, 4L60E, 4L80 or 4L80E automatic transmissions

Will not fit trucks w/ 700R4 automatic- please see our other auction if you need 700R4 TV linkage

Fits: full size Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Yukon, Tahoe, and full size Blazer C/K/R/V 1500/2500/3500 series - this kit will have the correct linkage and IAC/TPS mountings for these vehicles without TV cable - please see our ebay store if you have a S-series truck or blazer

Our TBI 45hp power up kit is the best money you will ever spend on your TBI motor - you will get more fuel/air for up to 45hp - and in the process make it run better w/ our rebuilt TBI base.  Most TBI motors suffer from worn throttle shaft air leaks which causes fueling imbalances, unstable idle and poor part throttle performance  Our rebuilt TBI base eliminates these air leaks and will give you a boost in fuel mileage

This kit will work on stock motors (will add 15-20hp), or motors w/ headers and free flow exhaust.  It will even work with mild cam upgrades - good for motors up to 260hp.  And best of all, you don't have to program the ECM thanks to the bump to 14psi in fuel pressure (stock pressure is 11-12psi)

  • Stock bore (42mm) remanufactured GM TBI base w/ new throttle shaft bushing plus we thined the throttle shaft and removed the throttle bore air horms for up to 75cfm more air flow w/ spacer.
  • 1/4" thick 1 piece CNC cut injector pod spacer w/ extended mounting screws
  • custom wound 14psi fuel pressure regulator spring - replaces your OEM spring
  • Installation instructions and tuning tips. 
  • Once you complete the instalation (about an hour) you will have added 75cfm and up to 45hp over a stock TBI
  • Pictures are generic and TBI base, linkages, spacer and spring color my differ from shown.  All specifications and hook-ups will be correct for the applications listed.
