Returns

If for any reason you would like to return an item within 14 days of receiving the delivery you should do the following:

• Email and inform us that you wish to return the item(s)
• In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us (at no cost to yourself)
• In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges

Please note:
1. JT Trading cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier.

2. If, for any reason, you aren t happy with your purchase please let us know as soon as possible. We will refund unused item(s) that are received in re-saleable condition however, you will need to pay for the return carriage.

If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection which will be notified at the time of cancellation.
