Terms & Conditions.

Please read the following before placing a bid or an order with us so that you understand and accept our terms and conditions of sale. By bidding or purchasing you are therefore accepting these terms and conditions.

Description:

All goods are described as accurately as possible for both new and used items.Where possible we have listed the part number so that you may check the parts catalogue to verify it`s suitability and compatibility with your vehicle. If in doubt, please contact us.

Payment:

Payment is expected within seven days of the sale date. If payment is not received in this time we may open an `unpaid item` case. We accept Mastercard & Visa over the telephone, however the goods must be sent directly to the card holders address to which the card is registered. This must also be the eBay account holders address. We do not send to third parties. We also accept payments via a Bank Transfer in £ GBP, or via PayPal. We do not accept payment in other currencies or via online money transfer agents other than PayPal.  If you wish to pay by IBAN Bank Transfer, please contact us and we will be happy to provide our bank details for you to make the transfer.

Delivery:

We deliver to most destinations and we aim to despatch your item within three working days of payment. All deliveries are made by courier or, where appropriate for smaller items, via Royal Mail and they will require a signature on receipt. Our courier will attempt to deliver the parcel twice before leaving it at a local pick up point or returning the parcel to us. In this instance we may charge for re-sending the parcel to you. Please therefore ensure that someone will be at the address to accept the parcel and sign for it.

Returns:

We try to describe as accurately as is reasonably possible each item advertised but should you not be happy with your purchase then please contact us in the first instance and we will do our best to resolve the issue with you.

All items are covered by a 14-day return policy. This is part of the CCR (Consumer Contract Regulation) governed by U.K law covering goods bought over the internet or over the telephone allowing you the right to return unwanted goods within fourteen days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, then please first contact us by email or by phone. Items must be returned in their original packing and unused. On receipt we will refund you in full including the basic delivery charge. We will not pay any post or courier 6costs relating to this return.

If you wish to make a return because the goods are faulty, or because the item is not as described then it can be returned under CCR guidelines. Please contact us in this instance and we will advise on the best method for doing this. We may, at our discretion elect to have the item collected from you by our agents at our own cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
