These are Split-Slotted mandrels permits you to insert and wrap sandpaper and other abrasives and polishing papers of your choice.   Mandrels are designed to be used on rotary Tools & Handpieces.  Both Mini Madrels have 3/32" Shanks - one is the thinner, straight body and shank diameter 3/32" while the other has an 11/64" diameter.
