Terms of Sale

If your item arrives with a fault, we'll make it right within 14 days:

1. Message us first, ideally before opening a Return Request, with a few clear photos of the issue.
2. Once you open a Return Request, our return address shows up automatically.
3. Once it's back with us, your refund is guaranteed within 60 days.

If you'd like to return an item for any other reason (a change of mind, Refusal of delivery, not wanting to pay import duties, etc.), return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
