The Charles River Endosafe NexGen-PTS is a portable one Endotoxin test system based on Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) photometry and enables rapid endotoxin detection directly at the production site without a complex laboratory environment. The device reads specially developed PTS disposable cartridges and delivers regulatory-approved results according to USP, EP and JP within 15-30 minutes. Firmware version 10.2.3 supports full data capture and transmission in accordance with 21 CFR Part 11. Ideal for quality control in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical production.
