Rare late 1940's / early 1950's LM Lanky Man made by the Pelham Puppet company of England. This is an early black strung version that still has just screw eyes on the control.

The puppet is in excellent condition. He has a beautiful wooden head, rabbit fur wig, and a beautiful smile. I love the fun cast hands!

The box is the correct length box, but it is stamped Skeleton. He comes with his brown box which is in OK condition. There are several sections of the original box missing, as shown in the photos. Box measures 22" x 4.25" x 3.5"
