This is a metal bottle opener advertising Bud Light beer and features Spuds MacKenzie.  Spuds was the mascot in the late 1980s for those of you too young to remember.  This is a US beer so it was probably made in the US, but it doesn't say it on the piece.  No markings as to when it was made.  It is 2" long and nearly 1.5" wide at the opener.   It is silver metal with a soft colorful image in the center.  This is a rubbery plastic material.  It is an orangey color and I'm not sure if this is from age or if it was made this way.  There is some surface wear and scratches from age and use.  There is a small bit of surface rust on the opener end (pictured).  A cool advertising piece!
