I believe these tubes were made by National Union as they have the same shape mica and type of black plates seen on other National Union tubes

Tubes Tested on Westmore 501 (Triplett 3444) tube tester where 1100 is pass/fail and 2200 micromhos is Spec(100%) , 34 mA is Spec plate current for type 45 tubes
