This is a round shaped bottle opener.   It is from the Warsteiner Brewery, famous for its Premium Verum Pilsner, Dunkel, and Helles Lager.  Warsteiner is in the center and around it translates to a queen amount the beers.  The back translates to roughly 'with this opener you can turn out the end of the truth the arrow points to the friendly donor' (the person who the arrow is pointing at buys??)  There is an arrow at the top of the opener.  I'm going to assume it was made in Germany and it is not dated.  It is about 3" long and about 1.75" wide at the round center.  It is gold metal with silver underneath.  You can see where the gold has worn away around the edges and on the raised lettering.  There is some dirt inside a few letters and on the opener area in the center.  There are scratches and wear from age/use.  A cool advertising piece!
