Vintage Japanese Arcanine No.059 unnumbered promo featuring classic Ken Sugimori artwork.

This card design was distributed through both the 1997 Toyota Auto Campaign and later with the 1999 Pokémon Song Best Collection CD. Once removed from the original promotional material, the two releases are generally considered indistinguishable, so no specific Toyota/CD provenance is claimed for this copy.

A fantastic piece of early Japanese Pokémon promo history.
