Alex Kidd In Shinobi World Sega Master System 1990.

This is a Blue Label variant which is very rare and only ever released in the U.S for blue label carts.

Manual has no pen/pencil writing. No loose or torn pages. Cart contacts are in a decent condition. Sleeve has some staining. Game has been tested and work’s absolutely fine. Please see pictures for visual detail as pictures also are part of the description. My opinion this is in good condition for a used game of 36 years old. All items are sent via Royal Mail tracked services only.
