U-2016 No marking but attributed to R. Thomas & Sons and made for export, no-tie design so linemen did have to waste time adding a tie-wire, brown-glazed porcelain insulator. Broken tips of both fingers on top, 3/4" x 1/8" crack on the outside, bottom of the skirt, 1/2" x 1/4" chip on the inside of the skirt, ping on the top edge. A mint example of this insulator recently (September 9, 2026) sold for $3250 in an online Pole Top Discoveries Auction (lot 5217). This piece probably came from the Thomas dump. Combined shipping provided to save on postage if you win multiple items from me. Please let me know if you are going to wait for other auctions to end to take advantage of combined shipping so I don't have to rush to pack your winnings. Please don't pay until all the auction lots you are interested in end since eBay requires me to ship items out within one business day of payment. I'll send you an invoice with the correct shipping, usually within an hour.
