- 6J2B (6Ж2Б) is a soviet sub-miniature HF pentode tube with service life of more than 500 operating hours under prescribed conditions which works in any position.
- It has 7 flexible leads and there is also an arrow at the bottom of the glass envelope to navigate you to the right counting direction.
- And here are the leads/pins connections: pin1: anode, pin2: third grid, pin3: second grid, pin4 and pin5 is the heater (here you can make a short continuity test to find out if you are counting in the right and marked direction), pin6: cathode, pin7: first grid.
- Uh=6,3V (5,7 min. and 6,9V max.), Ih = 200mA (+/-20), Ua=120V (150V max.), Ug2 = 120V (125V max.), Ug3=0V, Ia=5,5 mA (+/- 2), Ig2: not more than 6 mA, S = 3,2 mA/V (+/- 1,3) cathode resistor: 200 ohm.
