Add a striking and contemporary piece of pottery to your collection with this Black Ryden vase in the vibrant Salsa Swing pattern. 

The vase features an unusual and dynamic form with the shape code R40/5, showcasing bold, flowing lines and a sculptural profile. The Salsa Swing pattern was designed by Sian Leeper and introduced in 2003, beautifully hand-decorated with energetic, stylized floral motifs, sweeping linework, and rich contrasting colours.

Black Ryden operated as a subsidiary company of Moorcroft between 2003 and 2005. This particular piece bears the impressed butterfly backstamp, indicating production in 2004. 

Measuring just over 12cm tall, the vase is in great condition, though it is unboxed. Please note that this piece is a factory second, which is denoted by a silver line through the backstamp.
