1. Paper & Card Disc Wallets
These options hold a single CD or DVD directly. They are compact, lightweight and much less bulky than a jewel case.
White Paper Wallet with Clear Window — Non-Adhesive
A classic 5-inch paper CD/DVD sleeve made from white paper with a circular clear viewing window.
Best for: economical storage, archiving, duplication jobs, giveaways and general disc protection.
Difference: this is the standard non-adhesive paper version. It does not stick to another item and is intended simply to hold the disc.
White Paper Wallet with Clear Window & Adhesive Flap
White paper wallet with a clear viewing window plus a peel-and-seal adhesive flap for secure closure.
Best for: mailing, promotional distribution, press packs and jobs where the wallet should stay closed during handling.
Difference: unlike the normal paper window wallet, this version has an adhesive closing flap. The adhesive is used to seal the wallet closed.
White CD Card Wallet — Single Disc
A more presentation-focused card-style wallet for one disc.
Best for: cleaner presentation, promotional discs and projects where a slightly more substantial paper/card format is preferred.
Difference: card construction gives a more rigid, presentation-style feel than the standard lightweight paper window sleeve.
2. Clear Polypropylene Disc Wallets — 80, 100, 120 & 150 Micron
These clear 5-inch polypropylene wallets hold one CD or DVD and include a protective flap. The main difference between these four variations is the material thickness. A higher micron number means a thicker, more substantial sleeve.
3. Adhesive-Backed Clear Poly Wallet
CD Poly Wallet with Flap & Adhesive Back — Single Disc
A clear polypropylene wallet for one CD or DVD with adhesive strips on the rear so the complete wallet can be attached to a flat surface.
Best for: magazines, brochures, folders, manuals, promotional packs and software/documentation packs.
Difference: this is not simply a sealable wallet. The adhesive is on the back of the wallet so the wallet itself can be fixed to another item.
4. Double Disc Binder Wallet
Double CD Wallet with Ring Binder Holes — 2 Disc
Clear 100-micron polypropylene wallet designed to hold two CDs or DVDs. A soft cloth divider separates the discs to reduce disc-to-disc contact.
Pre-cut binder holes allow the wallet to be filed in suitable ring binders and presentation folders.
Best for: archives, training material, manuals, software sets, libraries and organised disc filing.
Difference: this is the only double-disc and binder-compatible wallet in this range.
5. Case Wrapping Sleeves — These Fit Around the Case
The following three products are different from the disc wallets above. They do not hold a loose disc directly. They are transparent 25-micron polypropylene outer wrapping sleeves with a resealable self-adhesive flap, designed to protect and professionally present an existing media case.
CD Slimline 5.2mm Jewel Case / Maxi Single Wrapping Sleeve
Designed specifically for slimline 5.2mm CD jewel cases and Maxi Single-style slim CD cases.
Best for: slim CD releases, promotional CDs and thin jewel cases.
Do not choose this for: a normal full-thickness CD jewel case or a standard DVD case.
Standard CD Album Jewel Case Wrapping Sleeve
Designed to fit a normal single CD album jewel case. The clear wrap keeps the artwork visible while helping protect the case from dust, fingerprints and handling marks.
Best for: standard CD albums, duplicated CD releases, retail presentation and storage.
Difference: this is larger than the slimline CD version and is made for a standard full-size CD jewel case.
14mm DVD Case Wrapping Sleeve
Designed to fit a standard 14mm DVD case. Clear self-seal construction gives a neat retail-style finish without shrink-wrapping equipment.
Best for: standard DVD cases, including typical 14mm single or double DVD-style cases where the outer dimensions are standard.
Difference: this is the DVD-sized wrapper and should not be confused with either of the CD jewel case wraps.
