Press the Power button to power on, and STOP appears in the upper right corner.

Press the menu button to enter the timing screen, with menu displayed in the upper left corner.

Press the OK button to toggle the time setting of 00:00:00, including tens digit of hour, units digit of hour, tens digit of minute, units digit of minute, tens digit of second and units digit of second.

Press the plus or minus buttons to adjust the selected time value.

Hold down the menu button for 3 seconds to save settings and exit.

The modified preset time will be shown on the STOP screen; press the RUN button to start the countdown.
