Fantasy Zone: Sega Game Gear 1991.

Manual has no pen/pencil writing. No loose or torn pages. Manual does have a stain marks on the back. Game has been tested and works absolutely fine. Plastic protector included. Please see pictures for visual detail as pictures are part of description. My opinion this is in good condition for a used game of 35 years.
