King Charles II Cast Bronze? Plaque Medal - Equestrian Seal Replica

About 5" across and almost 13 ounces.  Felted back and hanging hole. About 3/4" thick. I think it's bronze. There is a little oxidation/verdigris. I can find no markings.

I like how he is leaping over the Thames and is designed liked a Roman.

Charles II was King of Scotland from 1649 until 1651 and King of England, Scotland, and Ireland from the 1660 Restoration of the monarchy until his death in 1685. Charles II was the eldest surviving child of Charles I of England, Scotland and Ireland and Henrietta Maria of France.
