This is a vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Splinter  1988 Mirage Studios Playmates Toys action figure. It is in good overall vintage condition. His robe has some slight discoloration to it, but the figure itself is in great shape. There are a couple of the weapons but the weapon said is not complete.
