Belkin F5L010 laptop power adaptor. Input power can be from either a uk 3 pin plug or car cigarette lighter socket and output can be any of 12 different tips that can be attached. This is about 15 years old so I don’t know if the tips will fit modern laptops. Please check before buying. There is a compatibility list included but that would have been a list from when the charger was manufactured and it may well work fine on more modern laptops.
