The melting point is in the range of 220-310°C, which allows fast and precise soldering without overheating the combined elements. The maximum operating temperature is 110°C, so the binder has proven itself in typical water and heating systems - it is not intended for compounds exposed to extreme heat. Compatibility and required accessories Since the version contains no flux (0% flux), the paste or flux must be applied separately before soldering - the manufacturer recommends Degussit 3000 or Soldaflux 7000. This is the standard solution for professional soft soldering; the paste also improves the melting effect of the alloy and cleans the surfaces. The binder is designed for copper pipes and fittings - both new construction and repairing existing installations. It connects: hot and cold water, drinking water, central heating, air conditioning, ventilation. The manufacturer allows use in drinking water installations after meeting hygiene standards - it is recommended to rinse the entire scope with water before commissioning. Connection preparation step by step cutting-cut the pipe to the desired size. Cleaning - Clean the outer surface of the pipe with a copper sponge; clean the inside of the pipe and fittings with a brush.
