Pre-owned but in good condition.
It is nice but does have two minor issues - small pinhole on the back of the right sleeve and a small stain on the lower left back. Stain may come out in the wash.
The size is a men's large - 23" width, 29" length
Large to fit - if you fall between a large and XL it should fit fine
