This figure is complete with his "arrogance" accessory  This figure is of the WWF legend who had a great singles run, but then also had a great tag team run with Tito Santana as Strike Force.   Figure was only taken out of the package for display, comes from a smoke free/pet free home, and has no noticeable blemishes.
