The upper section of the dress is lined, shoulder pads. 

No material tag. Based on touch, it feels like man-made material (polyester, nylon etc....) 

In very good structural condition with some light yellow stains at both armpits & right arm, see the last 3 pictures. Lastly, the dress has a very light yellow hue from long-term storage.

Flat: shoulder to shoulder 14.5", pit to pit 19.5", length 44", length of sleeves from shoulder seam 23".
