This is a NJS-certified track bike frame built by M. Makino Cycle Factory, led by Masahiko Makino, former chief builder of 3Rensho. The frame features a NJS stamp under the bottom bracket, a white paint with metallic flake, and a HATTA SWAN SUPER DELUXE NJS headset included. It shows overall paint discoloration, scratches, and rust from use, but no dents in the tubing; the inside of the frame has been treated with anti-rust spray. Top tube is approximately 53 cm (center-to-center), seat tube is approximately 49 cm (center-to-center) and 50.5 cm (center-to-top), with a 120 mm rear OLD.
