Now, we all know that wood is a natural product that allows moisture to move in and out from the atmosphere.  All these pieces are stored flat and are flat when they leave me into the loving care of the courier.  If the atmosphere between my door and yours is either very moist or very dry, then the relative humidity of the wood can change.  This is completely normal. If the wood "cups" then place it under a weight and leave it for a few days.  it will stabilise in your workshop environment again and all will be fine and dandy.  Thanks.

For UK postage I use  2nd class post.. They have a section on the online booking for "safe place to leave the parcel" if you aren't home when they try to deliver. if you want to put something in that box then include the info as a message with your payment.
