I am not sure if it is Stihl Km111r or Stihl Km131r, its very hard to start and looks like the carburettor is different as you can not adjust the rpm. Might just need an original carburettor and should run smoothly. Also the tip only has 1 pin as seen from the photo. Its does start (very hard) , idles (Rough) and run ( too loud) as seen from the video.
