What Happens to the Factory Top LCD?
On compatible F-150 dashboards, installation of the FDF1X7A replaces the original LCD display located at the top of the centre console.
Your supported A/C information is then displayed on the new car stereo screen, giving you access to climate information through the upgraded interface.
This is part of the intended vehicle-specific installation design.

9" IPS HD Touchscreen
The 9" 1280 × 720 IPS touchscreen provides a larger, clearer interface for navigation, audio and vehicle information.
Its wide viewing angles make important on-screen information easier to see from different positions inside the cabin.
The unit uses a touchscreen-focused design without physical buttons or knobs.
WiFi 6 + Bluetooth 5.4
Built-in WiFi 6 supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless networks, allowing the stereo to connect to a smartphone hotspot or another available Wi-Fi connection.
An independent Bluetooth module with an external Bluetooth antenna supports compatible phone and wireless audio connections.
Please note: Built-in 4G LTE is not included. Mobile-network access requires a compatible external 4G dongle.
