Fasten thicker materials securely with MICRON® America #3L self-piercing brass grommets and matching washers. Unlike regular #3 grommets, this long-neck version has a 9 mm length under the flange and is designed for materials up to approximately 6 mm thick.

Manufactured from heavy-gauge cartridge brass containing 70% copper and 30% zinc, these grommets provide excellent durability, malleability, corrosion resistance, and reliable performance for indoor and outdoor applications.

When installed with the correct MICRON® machine and #3 setting dies, these grommets cut through compatible materials and set with the washer in one efficient motion.

IMPORTANT MATERIAL LIMITATION

These self-piercing grommets cut and set in one step on most compatible substrates. However, they do not cut through very dense materials such as polyester webbing or elastic. A compatible hole-piercing die or pre-punched opening is required for those materials.
