Record is excellent/near mint. 

Cover is vg+/excellent with a little discoloration along opening, two corner bumps, and a tiny bottom center seam split which is pictured (barely noticable). Signed by Alex Chilton. Overall displays very nicely!

There is a factory drill hole through the cover and record itself. It is very small in diameter.
