Coolflex® Hybrid ICE Mattress
The Cooflex Hybrid ICE Mattress combines individually wrapped pocket springs with advanced cool gel memory foam to deliver a comfortable, supportive and temperature-regulating night’s sleep. At its core, over 800 individually wrapped pocket springs move independently to provide targeted support where your body needs it most. The independent spring system also helps reduce motion transfer, allowing you and your partner to move during the night with less disturbance. Above the pocket spring core is a generous layer of next-generation cool gel-infused memory foam. The foam gently adapts to your body, providing pressure-relieving comfort while helping to regulate temperature for a cooler, fresher sleep. Open-pore technology encourages airflow and helps release moisture, while the Halo Memory Foam layer contours to your body to support healthy spinal alignment and provide a luxurious, body-hugging feel. Advanced HRX Supreme Foam adds durability and stability by helping prevent sagging, while five adaptive comfort zones distribute body weight more evenly to reduce pressure across key areas. The result is a premium hybrid mattress that combines responsive pocket spring support, cooling comfort, pressure relief and breathable sleep technology for a more refreshing night’s sleep.

Mattress may come vacuum packed or flat depending on courier we send with, if mattress does come rolled and vacuum packed please allow 24hrs to fully expand at a room temperature environment.

DELIVERY
Whilst we endeavour to make deliveries to the majority of the UK, there are some areas and postcodes to which we are unable to deliver.
The following postal codes may incur a delivery surcharge depending on the couriers we use.
this will have to be paid prior to any orders being made and shipped.
AB, BH, BT, CA, CT, DD, DG, DT, EX, FK, IV, KW, KY, LA, LL, NR, PA, PH, PL, SP, SY, TA, TQ, TR,
any off shore islands we do not deliver to, if any orders do appear from these postal areas where our couriers do not deliver, we will cancel and refund the order in full.
ie:- The Grampians, Highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands,

Any losses All damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please thoroughly inspect the goods before signing the papers and do not sign the delivery papers if the goods have been damaged in any way, the company will not be responsible if the delivery is signed for and reported afterwards .

We absolutely value customer feedback and want to make sure everything from selecting your product, to paying, all the way down to using your product that you are 100% satisfied, however if you have any issue with our product please contact us before leaving any negative or neutral feedback and we will try our best to resolve your issue within 24 hours, we work hard to keep our customers happy, however being humans we cannot avoid human error, and we will make sure that we will resolve your issue, if any!
It's important to us that you're happy with your purchase. however if there is any fault in any item, please contact us before leaving feedback, we will resolve the issue by sending replacement bed or collect the bed and refund you payment within 30 days. The product should be in original packaging and mattresses are strictly non-returnable once they have been used/slept as per consumer contracts Regulation by Law. Any damage report after 24 hours will not be accepted.
All our items are carefully inspected and thoroughly checked before sending out.
