About This Reference

The Polaris collection was launched in 2018 to mark the 50th anniversary of the original Memovox Polaris, one of the most celebrated dive watches in Jaeger-LeCoultre's history. The Q9068670 carries forward the spirit of that original with a modern 42mm stainless steel case, 200 metres of water resistance, and the collection's defining feature — an inner bidirectional rotating bezel controlled by a dedicated crown at 10 o'clock, allowing elapsed time tracking without exposing the bezel mechanism to external wear or accidental bumps. The black dial is clean and legibility-focused, with luminous indexes, Arabic numerals at 6, 9, and 12, and bold alpha hands that read instantly underwater or in low light. A diving helmet engraving on the solid caseback references the tool-watch DNA that underpins the collection, while the in-house calibre 899A/1 ensures every Polaris passes Jaeger-LeCoultre's proprietary 1,000-hour quality control programme before leaving the Manufacture.
