Gorgeous book with a huge range of dessert recipes and lovely photographs.   The photographs illustrate the desserts and cooking techniques.    There is a history of desserts in the Introduction.  The last section makes some recommendations on dessert wines.  The pages are a nice heavy weight.    Very sturdy well made book.    The spine is not cracked.    Hard to find Book.  NOTE;  this is an older book and as such it does have some age yellowing to the pages.
