  • The Original Stopper: This is the most significant factor. Most ginger beer bottles lost their internal screw-threaded stoppers over the decades. Having the original Green & Ledicott screw stopper intact is rare and can double the value compared to a bottle without one.
  • The "Bourne 15 Denby" Stamping: Denby Pottery (founded by William Bourne in Derbyshire) was a premier manufacturer of industrial stoneware. The "15" represents the size or mold number used during production, accurately dating this piece to the late Victorian or early Edwardian era (circa 1900–1910).
