PS1 SCPH-5502: Powers on and successfully boots to the Memory Card/CD Player menu. However, the complete CD drive/lens assembly has been removed to repair another PS1, so it cannot be tested further. Everything else appears intact. A photograph of the SCPH-5502 with its top casing removed is included to show its internal condition.

This SCPH-55XX model may also be suitable for a PicoStation Raspberry Pi Pico-based ODE conversion.
