This is a Toy Story Hamm pink plastic piggy bank / money box figure manufactured by SEGA and officially licensed from Disney Pixar. 

This is a bit smaller than movie accurate size at approximately 4/5" tall and about 6-7" long. 

There should be a plastic stopper underneath to prevent the money from falling out. However this is unfortunately missing.
