The evil eye has a beautiful faceted white/clear stone or crystal not sure with a beautiful blue multicolor bezel set faceted Austrian crystal that changes colors at different angles as seen a pictures. I am not sure of the metal it maybe stainless steel or could be silver plated. I am not sure with a chain is made out of It is stamped Italy as seen in picture.
