Up for sale is a stunning vintage mid-century modern hand-blown art glass centerpiece bowl featuring a dramatic, heavy freeform ruffled rim. This substantial piece features dense, snowy white controlled micro-bubbles embedded within thick, clear glass walls—an exquisite technique known as Pulegoso that creates a beautiful, textured "ice glass" frosted effect.

There is a faint, partial gold residue stamp visible on the polished base where a vintage metallic foil maker's label has completely worn away over time. Because the sticker is gone, we cannot definitively guarantee the exact manufacturer, but the exceptional 3.4-pound weight, the unique 6-inch height, and the dense Pulegoso technique point strongly to two premier mid-century possibilities:

​Muurla (Finland): This piece beautifully mirrors Scandinavian modern "Eva" or ice-glass designs popular in Northern Europe during the 1970s, which famously utilize this exact 6-inch height peak and carried rectangular gold foil labels that degrade over time.

​Murano (Italy): Highly characteristic of premium Venetian studio glass, which also frequently featured delicate gold foil labels that wash away over the decades.
