Stunning Sterling Silver Lab Created Blue Sapphire Oval W/CZ Triple Row, Wide Ring Size 7.5 Tested

Absolutely beautiful ring, there is a signature inside but I can't quite make it out I did add some pictures of it, I think it may have been originally from Neiman Marcus but I am not positive, I couldn't find a 925 stamp on it It could be part of the lettering I can't make out but I did test it and it came out positive for sterling silver. I am not sure if the clear stones are cubics zirconia or Swarovski crystals. There is somebody on another platform selling this ring thing they are diamonds but I do not think that they are although could be I do not have a diamond tester.
