Ownership history
There is a handwritten former owner’s name to an opening page which appears to read “W. R. Beachmore”.
This has been left exactly as found and forms part of the book’s history.
Condition
Acceptable vintage condition with considerable age-related wear.
The black outer binding/case shows substantial rubbing, scuffing and loss around the edges and corners.
The zip-around case remains present, including its distinctive vintage metal zip and decorative pull. There is wear to the fabric surrounding the zip and general deterioration consistent with prolonged use.
Internally, the pages are considerably better preserved than the exterior, although there is some age-related spotting, marking, creasing and handling wear.
A previous owner’s handwritten name is present.
