She is a 20-year-old Range Rover.
She is NOT showroom condition, immaculate or “mint for her age” — because apparently people forget that 20-year-old cars are allowed to look 20 years old.
That said, she really isn’t bad for an old girl and she’s got plenty going for her.
No, I don’t want to swap her for your PlayStation.
No, I don’t want your mate’s Fiesta.
No, your sister’s Corsa isn’t tempting me either.
No, I won’t deliver her.
And finally…
Don’t be shocked when you turn up and discover you’re buying a Range Rover from a woman.
I promise I know which end the engine is at. 😉

NOW… THE RANGE
I’ve owned her for around 10 months and, during that time, she has given me ZERO mechanical issues.
Unfortunately, I have too many projects and this one hasn't made the cut. — hence the sale.
THE GOOD STUFF
ENGINE & GEARBOX
3.6 TDV8
Engine and gearbox are solid.
She has full service history up to 136k. She is now due a service, which would have been done alongside the MOT if I was keeping her. She had 2 recon turbos fitted at around 111k (receipts to prove)
She pulls like a train, changes through the gears smoothly and has:
• No knocks
• No bangs
• No overheating
• No obvious engine or gearbox issues
Basically, the expensive bit that makes the wheels go round is doing what it should.
INTERIOR
Dark grey leather interior.
• No rips or tears
• Dash is solid
• Heavy-duty Range Rover interior mats
• Apple CarPlay / Android Auto upgrade
• Harman Kardon speakers
• Upgraded amplifier
She’s actually a pretty nice place to sit - especially once you remember you’re sitting in something old enough to have opinions about modern cars.
OTHER BITS
LED lights — if you like that sort of thing.

BODYWORK
Reasonable for a 20-year-old Range Rover.
She has some age-related marks and paint bubbling, with the upper tailgate being the most noticeable area.
The rear driver's-side passenger door has also been replaced and doesn’t quite colour match.
It’s not a disaster, if you’re looking for a pristine example to park outside a country house and photograph for Instagram… this probably isn’t your girl.

NOW… THE REST OF IT
And this is the bit where you’ll want to keep reading.
The things I am Aware of....
Welding required:
• Offside rear wheel arch (small hole)
Suspension / drivetrain:
• Rear subframe bushes
• Upper & lower arms — both sides
• Propshaft centre bush
• CV boot
Other issues:
• Cracked windscreen
• Handbrake fault
• Air suspension fault — works, but the tank has a small leak and needs replacing so its slow.
• Oil leak — because apparently she’s a Range Rover and therefore legally obliged to mark her territory
• Headlining needs replacing
• Air conditioning needs re-gassing
So, yes… she needs work.
I’m not hiding it, dressing it up or pretending it’s “just a couple of little jobs.”
If you’re mechanically minded, have access to a workshop, or simply enjoy making questionable financial decisions involving old Range Rovers, she could be worth a look.

WHEELS & TYRES
She currently sits on 21" alloys with four brand-new GT Radial SportActive 2 tyres.
The alloys are in fair condition.
That particular Private Plate is not included!!!!
Please don’t message me offering £900, a motorcycle, a PlayStation 5 and “a really nice watch.”
I’m not interested. 😂

You’re welcome to come and view her.
Please note: I work nights, so viewing times will need to be arranged around that.
You’re also welcome to test drive her.
She still has an MOT (15 Spet) and can therefore be driven away by the new owner.
Please remember that this is a 20-year-old Range Rover being sold honestly with a list of known faults.
