English made small scissors with riveted pin. Brand stamped rubbed by Witness is still readable. So I am assuming they are Taylor Eye Witness manufactured in Sheffield. You can read England stamp on rear of scissors.
They have an engraved script on blade which states “ Ladies cutting out shears”…. Not very PC!
