50GB BD-R DL and BD-RE DL discs use dual-layer technology, providing twice the nominal capacity of a standard 25GB single-layer Blu-ray disc. They are ideal for large video projects, photographs, backups and other high-capacity data storage.

The DataLifePlus variations are part of Verbatim's professional optical media range. They are designed for professional recording and disc-production environments and are available with wide printable inkjet or thermal surfaces.
Verbatim M-DISC is designed specifically for long-term digital preservation. Data is recorded into a highly durable patented recording layer engineered to resist exposure to light, temperature and humidity.
The range includes both 50GB BD-R DL and 100GB BDXL M-DISC media, providing high-capacity archival storage for photographs, videos, documents and other valuable digital files.
Model 43760 is the rewritable variation in this range. It provides 50GB capacity at 2x speed and can be erased and rewritten up to 1,000 times, making it particularly useful for backups and data that needs to be updated over time.
