• Handling time: Up to 3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
• Standard delivery: Typically 1–6 business days for most items.
• Large & bulky items: Typically 5–10 business days via freight/courier service.

Handling time is separate from delivery timeframes — while these are provided as a guide, most customers receive their orders much faster.

💡 Note: My store is based in Brisbane, but I work with trusted Australian warehouses in multiple states to ensure quick dispatch and stock availability. eBay sometimes displays automatic delivery estimates that don’t always reflect courier timeframes — rest assured, your item is always sent from within Australia for fast delivery.

Returns: Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns for change of mind. For large or bulky items, should a return be exceptionally permitted, return freight costs and a 10% warehouse restocking fee will apply to cover logistical expenses.

If your order has been packaged and is either ready for, or already in, transit, unfortunately we’re unable to cancel it.

Important – Remote & Outer-Regional Locations: Most of our smaller store products are shipped by Australia Post and are deliverable to the majority of areas. For more bulky store products, shipping via a courier company - some remote or outer-regional postcodes may incur additional shipping charges, longer transit times or may be outside of the deliverable demographics set by the courier company. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability and any potential extra costs.

All orders are delivered to a residential or business street address only (we cannot ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers).
