In this listing you are getting this Lufkin tape measure. The plate on the side of it reads LUFKIN WHITE CLAD 10 FT MEZURALL W-9210. It is in working condition. It does show some signs of wear but nothing that will affect its usefulness. When you pull it out it will stay out. You have to make it go back in. I am sure it can be fixed.
