I am not in the habit of allowing buyers to cancel the sale, if you buy it on the "Buy It Now" option I can accept you "Purchased by mistake" but if you've "Made An Offer" you have consciously made that offer and I will not cancel the sale, you will either pay for the item or you will recieve a "Non-Payment Marker" from ebay and subsequently recieve a buying suspension.
