Shipment will be arranged from Monday to Friday in Japan time. Weekends are not available because office is closed.

If a change of address is made to the shipping company for the buyer's convenience, the shipper will be billed for the change of address fee in addition to the shipping charge. In such cases, an additional $15.00 will be charged separately. Please understand.

All returned items must be in the original condition. Please inform us within 30 days of the receipt of the item.

In case buyer wants to return the item, please send us a message first in order to discuss how to handle. Please do not use "return request" in the eBay menu. The postage of the returned goods is the buyer's burden.
