THE LETTER WAS WRITTEN AND SIGNED BY OEY LIP HWEE, AN INDONESIAN THEATER MANAGER ASSOCIATED WITH THE "KHO & KING BROTHERS CINEMAS COMBINATION" IN TEGAL, JAVA.
